2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came at the house of the informant and thereafter, abused and assaulted informant and his family members. Petitioner no. 3 is alleged to have fired two shots on the door of informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to dispute between the parties with regard to share in the property, a simple scuffle took place. Though, there is allegation of firing against petitioner no. 3, but no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Present case is counter version of Complaint Case No. 253 of 2023, which was lodged by wife of petitioner no. 1 against informant and others. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 642 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
