2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file an appropriate application for redressal of his grievances before the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna as the dispute involved in this case is between one Society to another Society.
3. Permission granted.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner may avail his remedy under Section 48 of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Act, 1935, [Act VI of 1935].

5. The petitioner is directed to file a case for redressal of his grievances which he has raised here before the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna within 30 days from today alongwith with a copy of this order and the Registrar, Co-operative Society, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order after hearing both the parties within four months from the date of appearance of opposite parties before him.
6. With this direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
