The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is a lady and has a milk sucking baby of about 1 year. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner next contended that there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2019. Considering the fact that investigation of the case in

No.26684 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 all respect is now complete, so far as this petitioner is concerned, considering the fact that she has no criminal antecedent and there is no overt act alleged against this petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIIth Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019.
