Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Counsel for the State accepts notice for respondents. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"a.

A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the respondents to comply the roster of reservation, as the post of

Patna High Court CWJC No.11924 of 2021 dt.15-12-2021 2/2 Aganwari Sewika was reserved for most Backward category whereas concerned authority had appointed from the general category as the concerned authority without complying the same they had appointed the candidate - Respondent No. 5 of General category instead of petitioner who belong to the most Backward community as well as sole applicant from the backward community for the post of Anganwari Sewika. b.

A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction commanding the Respondent No. 2 and 3 to disposed off their representation pending before them since 09-08-2018 and 26-06-2019 respectively.

Any other appropriate writ order or directions for which petitioner is deemed to be entitled."

The concerned respondent is hereby directed to take note of the petitioner's representations dated 09.08.2018 and 26.06.2019 and pass a speaking order as to whether petitioner is entitled to the relief sought in the representation or not while issuing notice to the 5th Respondent.

Such order shall be passed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
