2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that co-accused Md. Danish has illegally kept the Scorpio of the informant, bearing Registration No. BR 01 PJ 2464, since 18.11.2019 for which he has filed a case before the Gardanigabh Police Station bearing Gardanibagh P. S. Case No. 537 of 2020. It is further alleged that IO of Gardanibagh Police Station has issued a Letter to the DTO, Patna to stop the transfer of the vehicle in question but in spite of that the said vehicle has been transferred in the name of this petitioner without obtaining his signature and the vehicle was sold fraudulently by using fake signature.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior and vexatious motive and without any cogent evidence or material. Petitioner is a bona fide purchaser and purchased the vehicle in question through KGN Motors after payment of Rs. 13,11,000/- and the entire payment was made online in the account of KGN Motors. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 606 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
