The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 145 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

The girl has made specific allegation against the petitioner that he has raped her. In fact, she has reiterated the same in her subsequent statement.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, this court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner. Accordingly,
