It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence, in paragraph no. 1 of the aforesaid writ petition, Registration No. 'BR06GE-2016' has been typed in
Patna High Court MJC No.1323 of 2021(2) dt.05-07-2021 2/2 place of "BR06GE-2106" and, as such, even in the order dated 25.03.2021, at page no.1, in relief no.(i), Registration no. 'BR06GE 2016' has been typed in place of "BR06GE-2106". In view of the submission made above, this modification petition is allowed and the order dated 25.03.2021 passed in C.W.J.C.
