Petitioner submits that an F.I.R. was lodged for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 504 read with Sections 34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code on 09th September, 2013 on the basis of an order passed by the competent Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though an F.I.R. was lodged, but the investigations have not been completed so far.
