Patna High Court CWJC No.11975 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 2/3 following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents particularly respondent no. 4 to remove the encroachment from Khata no. 624, Plot no. 1682, Area 2.40 which is described as (Chavar) Anabad Sarv Sadharan, from the hands of the private respondents.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, directing the respondent no. 4 to conclude the Encroachment case no. 04/19-20, in accordance with law within a time frame.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, directing the respondent no. 4 to remove encroachment from the public land, so that free flow of ingress, outgress of the petitioner be restored."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Charpokhari, Bhojpur, Ara for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner approaches the Circle Officer, Charpokhari, Bhojpur, Ara by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance

Patna High Court CWJC No.11975 of 2021(2) dt.14-10-2022 3/3 with law and after hearing the affected parties, appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
