1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 2329 of 2025, which got dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order, dated 27.03.2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the defect/s as pointed out by the Office has already been removed and supplementary affidavit has been filed regarding removal of defect/s, but the same is not being accepted because the affidavit, for removal defect/s, has been filed after expiry of the peremptory time i.e. on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30684 of 2025(2) dt.16-05-2025 2/2 15.05.2025.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed and the connected case, bearing Cr. Misc. No. 2329 of 2025, is restored to its original file.

5. The Office is directed to verify the supplementary affidavit and place the anticipatory bail application, for hearing, before an appropriate Bench.
