JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-06-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1 (i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the enquiry report dated 26.05.2014 submitted by Block Education Extension Officer, Bagaha- 1 (Respondent No.-5) which is unjustified, untrue and far from facts.
Patna High Court CWJC No.19638 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 (ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 6 to 8 not to include the name of Madarsa Islamia, Khankah Hazrat Mastan Shah Rahmatullah, Bagaha, in list of grant in aid Madarsa.
(iii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents No. 9 to 11 to register the property of Khankah Hazrat Mastan Shah as waki property in the Office of Bihar State Sunni Wakf Board, Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the efflux of time the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, hence the same be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
