The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 140 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners assaulted the informant and one Rakesh Kumar with gandasi and hard blunt substance causing grievous injuries on their person, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11696 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 application is rejected.
