Patna High Court CWJC No.9896 of 2019(2) dt.14-11-2022 2/2 meal under the Bihar State Mid-Day Meal Scheme of the Education Department as there are various defects and irregularities in the tender notice.

ii. To direct the respondents to publish a fresh tender after rectifying the defect and accept the candidature of the petitioners for participation in the tender process after setting aside the work order issued in favour of respondent no.5 and 6 for supply of the Mid_Day Meal in Gaura Bauram and Darbhanga Sadar block within the district of Darbhanga.

iii. To grant any other relief or reliefs for which petitioners are legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
