JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through Video Conferencing. In this case, prayer has been made for grant of 2nd and 3rd MACP along with its consequential benefit. The petitioner should file his representation before the Respondent no. 2. If such application is filed with due deliberation, the Respondent no. 2 will dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks.
