The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ (s)/order (s)/ direction (s), commanding the Respondent No.5 to take decision, as early as, possible on petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2014 either in accordance with the law or in view of the order dated 30.01.2014/13.02.2014

Patna High Court CWJC No.20031 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.

342/2013 by the Respondent No.4.

The petitioner further prays, impliedly/alternatively, to set aside the selection of those Mahila Paryawekshika who having similar and lesser qualification have been appointed ignoring the petitioner's candidature."

Considering the nature of relief prayed for in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
