JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 01-08-2016 The issue is validity of the certificate or 'so-called degree' granted by what is known as Rastriya Patrachar Sansthan located at Kanpur. The so-called degree of Shiksha Alankar equivalent to B.Ed. or Shiksha Praveshika, which is equivalent to P.T.C., is a misnomer because the status of such degrees and institution has already been set to rest by even Allahabad High Court where certain matters had travelled seeking similar kind of relief of recognition or equivalence.

Since the institution in question has no recognition from National Council of Teachers Education, therefore, the decision taken

Patna High Court CWJC No.981 of 2016 dt.01-08-2016 2/2 by the respondents to issue show cause to the petitioner with regard to training certificate was very much warranted and needed. In fact, the continuance of the petitioner as a teacher on the basis of such a degree is tenuous now.

Writ is dismissed.
