The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar Town P.S. Case No.678 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 342, 323, 332, 353, 109, 186, 189 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code. The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner and other accused persons put a dead body on the road and they blocked the road.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The people were peacefully protesting the killing of the boy. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned
