JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-01-2016 Attention of the Court has been drawn to Letter No.53, dated 13.02.2015 addressed to the Assistant Director, Provident Fund Directorate, Finance Department, Pant Bhawan, Patna under the signature of the Superintending Engineer, National Highway Division, Patna.

There is no affidavit on behalf of the Provident Fund authorities to indicate as to what has transpired since then. Since the recommendation for authorization of left over period of G.P.F. has already been granted to the said authority, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.4727 of 2014 dt.30-01-2016 2 / 2 writ application is disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.5, the Assistant Provident Fund Director, to take cognizance of the said communication contained in Annexure-2 series and sanction the left over amount, if it has not already been done, within a period of ten weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order unless there is some impediment coming in the way.
