1. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the District Programme Officer, Gaya on 19.11.2018, has not yet been disposed off, hence it is prayed that the District Programme Officer, Gaya, be directed to dispose off the aforesaid appeal.

2. Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Programme Officer, Gaya, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has actually been filed and is still pending, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7643 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
