The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tarabari P.S. Case No.68 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are ladies and there is no allegation of assault against them, their application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
