1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(I) That this writ application is being filed for direction upon the concerned Respondent to grant Grade-II and Grade-I promotion in the category of Stenographer who is entitled for two promotions after prescribed period for promotion and without giving two promotions as per rule he has been granted third promotion as Head Stenographer and consequential benefit with statutory interest be paid to him as the same in due since 29.10.1996 for Grade-II (after five years from service) and since 29.10.1999 for Grade-I (after three years thereof)."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.7652 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
