JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for quashing the order contained in Memo No. 380 dated 31.1.2023, passed by the Superintendent of Police, Buxar the Respondent No. 6 (Annexure-4), whereby and whereunder the petitioner has been awarded punishment of one Black mark.

And The appellate order contained in memo no.-1123 (Annexure-5) dated 09.10.2013 issued by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20495 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 2/2 respondent no.-5 whereby and whereunder the appellate authority affirmed the order of aforementioned punishment.

And The office order contained in memo no.-4561/L-1, 43-02-24-2014 dated 14.10.14 issued by the Respondent No. 3 (Annexure-10) whereby and whereuner the Memorial Application of the petitioner has been rejected as not maintainable under Rule- 853 of the Police Manual.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
