Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that concurrent findings have been recorded by the Central Government Industrial Tribunal and the learned Writ Court in the matter of granting absorption to the appellant, primarily on account of certain acts of commission and omission committed by the
Patna High Court LPA No.338 of 2016 dt.03-04-2017 2/2 appellant. Taking into account all the factors, concurrent orders have been passed.
We see no reason to take a different view from the same. Reasonable view expressed by the Industrial Tribunal and upheld by the learned Writ Court does not call for interference in the matter of absorption of the petitioner who was working in the respondent Bank as a Canteen Boy.
The appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.
