In view of the averments made in the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no.2, this Court is satisfied that no case is made out for initiation of a proceeding of contempt against the opposite parties for violation of the order dated 24.03.2011 passed by this Bench in CWJC No. 5171 of 2004. The present MJC application seems to be completely misconceived and is, accordingly, dismissed.
