What the petitioner wants through this application is the enforcement of the compromise entered between the parties vide compromise decree dated 29.09.1969 (Annexure-1). If that be the case, then the petitioner has remedy under the Code of Criminal Procedure or to seek appropriate / proper declaration by a Court of competent Civil Jurisdiction.
The writ application stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate forum/authority in accordance with law.
