JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2025 The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the order of this Court dated 23.01.2024, passed in CWJC No.466 of 2022 has stood complied with, however further states that interest has not been paid for the delayed payment of arrears of salary and other outstanding dues.

2. This Court finds that no direction had been issued vide order dated 23.01.2024 for payment of any interest, hence this Court is constrained to direct the opposite parties, at this
