This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023 registered under section 379 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has kept the motorcycle at his house which was stolen earlier with the help of other accused persons and is in custody since 08.02.2023.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that the

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-1st Barh, Patna in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 92 of 2023. The petitioner will visit Barh police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
