2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303(2), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 61(2), 111 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner's vehicle carried sand two times using one and the same challan and thus caused loss of revenue to the Mines department.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as a matter of fact, challan in question was valid for 24 hours and informant seized his vehicle within the time.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar
