The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No. 54 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 409/240/120(B)/485/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioner has been punished in the inquiry but it is not for any misappropriation but for negligence. Considering the same his application for anticipatory
