The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1612C of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present two petitioners have no specific role to play. From perusal of the complaint application also it does not reveal the role assigned to the present two petitioners.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.920 of 2016 (8) dt.17-11-2016 2/2 Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Jyoti Prakash, learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 1612C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
