It appears that this application has been filed for quashing the order dated 21.1.2013 by which the licence of the petitioner for running Arms and Ammunition Shop has been suspended.

However, in view of sole petitioner himself whose licence for dealership of Arms and Ammunitions was suspended, has passed away, this writ application has become incompetent to proceed with.
