JUSTICE BIBEK CHAUDHURI ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 The petitioner is a Safai Mazdoor in Ward No. 39 Bankipur Anchal under the Patna Municipal Corporation. She claimed dues on different heads towards her salary from the concerned Authority. The Competent Authority passed an order on 11th September 2022, stating, inter alia, that the petitioner is entitled to get Rs. 2,90,874/- (Two Lakhs Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-Four only) and the said amount be paid to the petitioner in her Bank Account. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, the said amount has not been paid.

2. On perusal of Annexure P/1, this Court finds that

Patna High Court CWJC No.10812 of 2024(2) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 the payment, claimed by the petitioner and allowed by the competent authority, was with regard to the balance amount of 6th Pay Commission, balance amount of 7th Pay Commission, balance amount of Revised Pay Scale under 7th Pay Commission and dues accrued of two ACPs.

3. Since, the petitioner is entitled to get the said amount, respondent no. 02 is directed to make payment of the said amount in the Bank Account of the petitioner within a fortnight positively, from the date of communication of this order, if it is not done yet.
