JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No.258 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., the son of the informant was doing the work of Khalasi and he has gone with the bus in connection with a Barat. One Bablu Kumar came to the house of the informant and informed that her son has died on account of electrocution. When the informant came there, she found that the dead-body of her son was lying with profuse blood and blood was scattered there. The statement of the informant corroborated in the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18338 of 2018 (3) dt.19-04-2018 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
