The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.22 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 353 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioners and delay in lodging first information report, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed subject to the condition that petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Siwan.

No.37369 of 2021(2) dt.17-05-2022 2/2 Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.S. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Daraunda P.S. Case No.22 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, before accepting bail bonds of the petitioners, the court below will verify the receipt showing deposit of a sum of Rs.25,000/- in the account of the District Legal Aid Committee, Siwan.
