JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against order as contained in Annexure-8, by which one increment for one year of the petitioner was stopped, the petitioner filed appeal against Deputy Inspector General of Police, Darbhanga and the same is pending.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed with direction to the DIG, Darbhanga to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
