2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 1258 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, Sushil Kumar inflicted a knife blow on the abdomen of the informant and when he tried to save himself, he got injuries on the thigh also including an injury on his left finger. Thereafter, there is an allegation against Sushil Kumar that he inflicted a knife blow on the shoulder of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 1258 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.

7. The application stands allowed.
