Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 376(G) of the Indian Penal Code and section 4/6 of the POCSO Act. Taking into consideration that there is serious allegation of gang rape against the petitioner and the petitioner and other accused were caught by the police along with victim, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in Kochas P.S. Case no. 126/2015 pending in the court of Addl. Sessions Judge I, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected.
