The petitioners being the mother and brother's wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/304B/ 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The basic accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after three years of marriage.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that specific accusation of demand of dowry and torture has been alleged against the husband of the victim and there is omnibus and general accusation against the entire in-laws family. Moreover, the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim.

No.1148 of 2016 (2) dt.08-01-2016 2/2 Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the petitioners being ladies, let them be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Bikramganj (Rohtas) in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 93/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
