The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.197 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a licensed dealer of food grains and he has been in the business since long time and also because he has no criminal antecedent of similar nature, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
