The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 285 of 2012 registered under Sections 304B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of Medical Certificate (Annexure-2 series), it appears that the victim died due to Diarrhoea in course of treatment.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
