The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners are petitioner no. 1 is mother-in-law, petitioner nos. 2 and 5 are Gotni and petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are married Nanad.
