Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State .

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would surrender and avail the remedy of regular bail on basis of the fact that recovery of 18 liters of illicit liquor was made from a place having general public access and that there is

This Court would observe that the Court concerned should consider the prayer in accordance with law and withdrawal of the instant anticipatory bail petition shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner.

With liberty, as aforesaid, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
