The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020 dated 20.04.2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

A theft was committed in the temple and the priest was also attacked and injured.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute which has led to filing of this false case against the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.04.2020 and is a person of clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the aforestated facts, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25278 of 2020(2) dt.30-09-2020 2/2 petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 174 of 2020.
