03-02-2016 Sri Ratan Kumar Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Principal Addl. Advocate General as well as Sri Santosh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the opposite party/L.N.Mithila University, submits that in view of facts disclosed in the show cause, it appears that payment has already been made, but he submits that on delayed payment, no interest has been paid in accordance with law, nor the retiral dues has been fixed properly, whereas, Sri Jha, learned counsel for the University submits that even calculation chart has already been provided.

In view of facts and circumstances, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
