2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification of the order judgment dated 19.02.2026 passed in CWJC No. 2738 of 2026 to the extent that in Paragraph No. 10 of the judgment, in place of "It is admitted position that the petitioner has received the Award in the year 2025 under protest", it has been inadvertently typed as "It is admitted position that the petitioner has received the Award in the year 2014 under protest" and in paragraph no.

14 of the judgment, in place of "The District Magistrate is directed to consider the records relating to land acquisition, particularly the date of possession and the MVR notified by the State Government, as in the year 2014, the petitioner had received the award under protest in the year 2025 and redress the claim of the petitioner well within a period of six weeks in accordance with law from the date of communication of this order."

it has inadvertently been typed as "The District Magistrate is directed to consider the records relating to land acquisition, particularly the date of possession and the MVR notified by the State Government, as in the year 2014, the petitioner had received the award under protest and redress the claim of the petitioner well within a period of six weeks in accordance with law from the date of communication of this order."

Considering the aforesaid submission, I find it proper to delete "It is admitted position that the petitioner has received the Award in the year 2014 under protest" from Paragraph No. 10 of the judgment dated 19.02.2026 and the same be substituted in paragraph no. 10 by "It is admitted position that the petitioner has received the Award in the year 2025 under protest" and "The District Magistrate is directed to consider the records relating to land acquisition, particularly the date of possession and the MVR notified by the State Government, as in the year 2014, the petitioner had received the award under protest and redress the claim of the petitioner well within a period of six weeks in accordance with law from the date of communication of this order." from Paragraph No. 14 of the judgment dated 19.02.

2026 and the same be substituted in paragraph no. 14 by "The District Magistrate is directed to consider the records relating to land acquisition, particularly the date of possession and the MVR notified by the State Government, as in the year 2014, the petitioner had received the award under protest in the year 2025 and redress the claim of the petitioner well within a period of six weeks in accordance with law from the date of communication of this order."

4. Accordingly, the judgment dated 19.02.2026 passed in CWJC No. 2738 of 2026 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The other parts of the judgment shall remain intact.
