2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 17.01.2024 passed by learned District and Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with A.B.P. No.3491 of 2023 arising out of Srinagar P.S. Case No.98 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate petition before the learned trial court in view of aforesaid order dated 17.01.2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this
