This application has been filed for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the office order vide order no.21 dated 07.01.2025 (Annexure-P/1) issued under the signature of under Secretary Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited and circulated vide memo no.14 dated 07.01.2025 issued under the signature of under Secretary Bihar State Power (Holding) Company Limited.

3. It is alleged that the petitioner was accepting bribe money and he was trapped. The petitioner was taken into custody and was suspended. After releasing on bail, the petitioner's suspension was revoked. Now again the petitioner has been suspended and a departmental proceeding has been initiated. The suspension is from 07.01.2025.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been suspended recently for such serious charges, I am not inclined to interfere in the writ petition, accordingly, this application is dismissed.

5. It is made clear that if the departmental proceeding is delayed, the petitioner may challenge his suspension again. (Sandeep Kumar, J) anand/- U
