2. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag 'B'.

3. The report of learned Additional Sessions Judge V, Begusarai dated 04.09.2023 suggests that if both sides co-operate, the same shall be concluded within two months.

4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition after some argument.

5. Permission is accorded.

6. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within stipulated period of time, on day to day basis, failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
