The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 registered under Section 498A and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Vide order dated 29.03.2017 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the Mediation Centre is at Flag 'G'. Perusal of the same shows that the matter has been amicably settled. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that dispute have been settled between the parties. No.12006 of 2017 (3) dt.31-07-2017 the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
