The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POSCO Act.

As per allegation made in the First Information Report that the victim girl had gone along with Rambali Kumar and entered into marriage on 19.3.2017 in the Kali Mandir at Begusarai and whereafter she along with her husband came to Patna because her parent want to marry with another place which she was not ready. There is no any allegation against the petitioner to have kidnapped the victim girl. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12049 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 let petitioner, namely, Munna Chaudhary, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge Ist-cum- Special Judge, POSCO Act, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.191 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
